You can choose one of the shipping methods. We receive deliveries daily from UPS, the US Postal Service and FedEx.
Whatever shipping company you choose, please take a few minutes to ensure your product is properly packed. The original box offers the best protection.
You may purchase packing materials at many retail shipping outlets. The UPS Store, UPS customer counters, USPS, FedEx Kinko’s, Fedex customer counters, Mailboxes etc, Postal connections, and Staples all have packing supplies readily available. If you want to pack the receiver yourself, you should choose a box that allows for two inches of packing material on each side. Don't select a box that fits "like a glove".
Suggested packing materials are Styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap.

The Carton - Your original box WILL NOT be returned to you. Please DO NOT use the Original packaging. Package in a New cardboard box that is large enough to fit your defective item with at least 2 inches of space on all 6 sides of the box. If you don’t have a suitable box on hand you can purchase one from the shipper of your choice.

Unless one of your accessories is not working, DO NOT send cords, controllers, battery packs, AC Chargers or any other accessories. We only need your console to repair your unit. You must call Local Video Game Repair if any discs are stuck inside your console. Local Video Game Repair is not responsible for any game disc not being returned that we have not been informed about.
